How we handle unpublished manuscripts and sensitive material.

Access control
Project files are stored privately and access is scoped to the people assigned to your project. Finance staff can see invoices without automatically receiving manuscript access.
Downloads use expiring links and access is re-checked on the server for every request.
Confidentiality terms
Contractual confidentiality obligations are set out in the signed agreement, which covers our team and subcontractors.
Honest limits
No online system is absolutely secure. We describe the controls we actually operate and never present an unverified safety status as verified.
