Your material

You retain ownership of everything you supply: recordings, sermons, notes, drafts, and course content.

Commissioned deliverables

You receive the agreed rights in the commissioned deliverables under the signed agreement. We do not take a royalty percentage in your book.

Third-party assets

Licensed stock imagery, fonts, and other third-party assets remain subject to their own license terms, which the agreement identifies.

Retailer deductions and distribution terms are set by the retailer, not by us.

Credit

Ghostwriter credit — including no public credit — is your decision and is recorded in the agreement.
