Working with us
Does buying a package produce a finished book automatically?
No. Professional team members perform the contracted services. An online purchase starts a scheduled, collaborative project — it does not generate a manuscript on its own.
Who owns the book?
You retain your original materials and receive the agreed rights in the commissioned deliverables under the signed agreement. We do not take a royalty percentage.
Will my book be a bestseller?
We will not promise that. We will not promise revenue, speaking engagements, or rankings either. We promise professional services, clear scope, and honest timelines.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality terms are in the signed agreement, files are stored privately, and access is scoped to the people working on your project.
Do you use AI?
Our approved AI use is defined in the agreement and on our AI policy page. We ask permission before sending confidential content to any AI provider, and a no-AI human-only route is available.
Scope and pricing
Why are most prices shown as 'from'?
Because length, source material, and editorial level change the work involved. We confirm a fixed project price in the proposal after reviewing your material.
How many revision rounds are included?
Ghostwriting includes two consolidated manuscript revision rounds by default unless your accepted proposal says otherwise. Included and used rounds are tracked in your portal.
Are there subscriptions or recurring charges?
No. Installment schedules have a defined total and end when the agreed balance is paid.
What happens if we go out of scope?
Out-of-scope requests become a priced change order with revised timing, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Publishing
Do you publish the book for me?
We prepare the files and metadata and assist you with setup on your own account. There is no automatic upload capability and no retailer partnership.
Do I need my own ISBN?
Not always. We walk you through the imprint and ISBN decision, and purchased ISBNs are not included in package pricing.
How long does publication take?
Production is typically 4–6 weeks after final approved text. Retailer review time is separate and outside our control.
