Information we collect

Inquiry details you submit: name, email, optional phone, organization, professional role, and the information you provide about your book project.

Account information if you create a client workspace, and the project content you or your team upload there.

Consent records, including the exact wording and version you agreed to and the time you agreed.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver contracted services, manage your project, issue invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Marketing email is sent only where you separately opted in. Opting out is processed immediately and cancels queued marketing messages.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional and marketing email is sent through Resend. Scheduling uses Calendly. Contract signing uses Dropbox Sign. Database, authentication, and private file storage run on our application backend.

Named providers reflect the services this application is built to use. A provider is only live once it is connected and verified in the Integration Center.

Retention and your rights

Project records, contracts, and financial records are retained as long as required for the engagement and applicable law; other records are deleted on request where we have no overriding obligation.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

What we do not claim

We do not claim GDPR certification, HIPAA compliance, end-to-end encryption, or absolute confidentiality.
