Refund Policy
When refunds apply and how they are handled.

Strategy engagements
The Book Blueprint Intensive is paid in full in advance. Because delivery begins with the questionnaire and session, refunds are considered case by case before the session takes place.
Production engagements
Deposits secure scheduled capacity. Where work has begun, refunds are limited to amounts not yet earned against completed milestones, as recorded in the project.
Refund handling
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Refunds reverse any related referral commission accrual and are recorded in your invoice history.
